Prima Ordia combines visible identity signals, published funding rules, public project discussion and a documented reporting process. These layers help people make informed decisions without pretending that verification removes every risk.
The transparency framework

Identity signals
Compulsory verification starts at 50% for Social Cause Funding: primary ID contributes 45% and the first connected social account contributes 5%. Creator verification is optional.

Published funding rules
Every project identifies its funding type, fee, target and refund or streaming rules before a contribution is signed. On-chain transactions provide an independently inspectable settlement trail.

Public discussion
Every cause campaign and creator profile includes comments. Signed-in community members can add context and upvote or downvote useful contributions.

Reports and disputes
Misleading claims, unsafe behaviour and transaction problems can be reported. Prima Ordia records the case, reviews available evidence and communicates the outcome where appropriate.
Verification: a visible 50% baseline
Social Cause creators must complete the compulsory 50% baseline before launch: 45% for primary government-issued identity verification and 5% for one connected social account. Up to five additional social accounts can add 25%, and the optional Affirmed due-diligence review can add the final 25%.
Creator profiles may complete these checks voluntarily. A score or badge confirms the checks displayed at that time; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of delivery or future outcomes.

Project comments are designed for questions, evidence, creator answers and constructive scrutiny. Upvotes and downvotes express the community’s view of a comment’s usefulness; they do not change contribution balances, milestone votes, refund rights or any other on-chain rule.
Comments remain attributable to authenticated Prima Ordia profiles. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. Depending on context and severity, the team may leave content visible, hide it during review, remove it, restrict an account or preserve information needed for a dispute, safety review or legal obligation.
Disputes and project reporting
The dispute process covers campaign reports, transaction support, identity or account concerns, appeals, safety and abuse. It does not override final on-chain transfers or create refund rights that are not part of the selected funding model.
Reports should identify the project, transaction where relevant, the disputed statement or conduct, and supporting evidence. Deliberately false or abusive reports may themselves breach the community standards.

- Be respectful, relevant and specific to the project being discussed.
- Challenge claims with evidence; do not harass, threaten, demean or target people.
- Do not publish private information, identity documents or sensitive financial data.
- Do not impersonate others, mislead backers, spam, or coordinate artificial voting.
- Disclose material conflicts of interest when commenting on a project.
Prima Ordia’s moderation team applies these standards across all funding types. Decisions consider context, severity, credible evidence, repeated conduct and immediate safety risk. Users may appeal a moderation decision through the dispute process.
Limits of transparency
Public information can reduce information gaps but cannot eliminate fraud, delivery failure, market risk or loss. Personal identity records, security-sensitive details and confidential supporting information may be verified without being published. Read the Safety Centre and assess each project independently before contributing.
