Legal notice
Who operates Prima Ordia.
This page records the non-custodial protocol model for the Devnet prototype and the information that must be completed before public launch.
Protocol and operator
Prima Ordia is being developed as a non-custodial DeFi protocol and software interface. Campaign settlement rules are intended to be executed by Solana programs rather than by Prima Ordia taking custody of user funds.
The legal operator, responsible contracting party and governing jurisdiction have not yet been designated. Those particulars must be published before the service is offered publicly or on mainnet.
Service status
The current service is a Devnet prototype for product, wallet and smart-contract testing. It is not represented as a licensed financial, investment, banking, custody, charity or payment service.
Whether the intended activities require registration, licensing or other authorisation in any country must be confirmed by qualified counsel before launch. A decentralised or non-custodial architecture does not by itself remove obligations imposed by applicable law.
International availability
Prima Ordia intends to support eligible adults internationally where lawful. “Worldwide” does not include sanctioned or embargoed territories, sanctioned persons, or any place where local law prohibits the relevant campaign, contribution or virtual-asset activity.
Users must be at least 18 years old. Country availability may change following legal, sanctions and risk review.
No custody or investment advice
Prima Ordia is designed so that campaign settlement is controlled by published Solana program rules. Prima Ordia does not take custody of user seed phrases or private keys and does not provide investment, legal, accounting or tax advice.
Copyright and trademark
Prima Ordia names, branding, original text, graphics and interface materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Prima Ordia™ identifies a trademark claimed by its owner, with trademark registration pending.
The ™ symbol is used while registration remains pending. The ® symbol will be used only after registration is formally granted in a relevant jurisdiction. Nothing on this site grants permission to reproduce or imply endorsement by Prima Ordia.
Merchandise and product disclaimers
This section applies to all merchandise offered through the Prima Ordia shop. A product page, size guide, care label, safety notice or manufacturer instruction may contain additional product-specific information. Where those instructions are more specific, follow them.
Made-to-order products
Merchandise is generally made to order and may be printed, embroidered, assembled and fulfilled by a disclosed third-party production partner, including Printful. Production locations, blank-product suppliers, materials and fulfilment routes may vary according to product availability and the delivery destination.
Images, colour and placement
Product images and digital mockups are illustrative. Screen settings, fabric or base-product colour, material, printing method and production batch can affect the finished appearance. Exact colour matching, stitch appearance, pattern alignment and print or embroidery placement cannot be guaranteed. Minor variations that are inherent to made-to-order printing or embroidery are not necessarily defects.
Measurements, fit and capacity
Dimensions, capacities and size-guide measurements are approximate and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply. Customers should review the measurements on the relevant product page before ordering. Apparel and footwear fit can vary by style, body shape and personal preference; bag and sleeve dimensions do not guarantee compatibility with every item of the same marketed size.
Care and intended use
Follow the care label and product-page instructions. Improper washing, drying, ironing, cleaning, storage, overloading, modification or use outside the product's intended purpose can cause fading, shrinkage, cracking, deformation, print damage or premature wear. Keep merchandise away from excessive heat, open flame and other hazards unless a product is expressly designed for that use.
- Apparel, caps, beanies and embroidered items: wash or clean only as directed; do not iron directly over prints or embroidery. Embroidery and fine details may vary with the texture and thickness of the material.
- Bags, totes, backpacks, luggage and laptop sleeves: these are not personal protective or safety equipment. Do not overload them, and do not assume they are waterproof, impact-proof or suitable for transporting fragile, hazardous or high-value items unless the product page expressly says so.
- Slides: select the size carefully and use as casual footwear. They are not represented as occupational, athletic, medical or certified slip-resistant footwear.
- Drinkware: inspect before use, handle hot contents carefully and use a microwave or dishwasher only where the product description or care instructions confirm suitability. Stop using an item that is cracked, chipped or otherwise damaged.
- Posters, wall art, notebooks, stickers and patches: colours and cropping may vary slightly from previews. Unless expressly stated otherwise, paper goods, prints and stickers are intended for normal indoor use and are not guaranteed to be weatherproof, archival or fade-proof.
Inspection, defects and consumer rights
Inspect merchandise promptly after delivery and contact Prima Ordia with the order details and clear photographs if an item arrives damaged, materially defective, incorrectly printed or different from the item ordered. Nothing in this notice excludes or restricts any warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted in the customer's jurisdiction.
