Privacy

Private by design. Public where required.

This prototype notice explains which information is intended to remain private, which campaign information becomes public and what cannot be removed from a public blockchain.

Prototype notice: these pages describe the intended service design for testing and are not final legal documents. Jurisdiction-specific counsel must review them before public launch.

Who is responsible

Prima Ordia is being developed as a non-custodial DeFi protocol and software interface. The legal entity responsible for off-chain personal information has not yet been designated. Its registered name, address, jurisdiction and representative details must be published before production processing begins.

Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to privacy@primaordia.org.

Information the service may collect

Account identifiers, age or eligibility confirmations, email address, public wallet address, creator and affiliate profile fields, creator-pilot and affiliate applications, optional Worklife Survey responses and stated support needs, verification status, campaign content, support requests, reports, transaction records, commission and payout records, security logs and product analytics may be processed to operate and protect the service.

Public blockchain information

Wallet addresses, program instructions, balances and transaction signatures recorded on Solana are public and may remain accessible permanently. Prima Ordia cannot edit or erase information already confirmed by the network.

Identity verification

ZKPassport is the current privacy-preserving identity-verification pilot. Its mobile app reads a supported NFC-enabled passport or identity card and produces zero-knowledge proofs for the requested conditions. Prima Ordia requests proof that the user is at least 18, matches the document photo and is completing the check for their authenticated Solana wallet.

The disclosed result does not include the user's name, exact birth date, document number, document image or biometric template. Prima Ordia independently verifies the proof and stores only a one-way provider reference, the outcome and the resulting trust score. The SDK is currently described by ZKPassport as experimental and unaudited.

Primary identity verification is compulsory for Social Cause Funding. Creator-subscription profiles may complete it voluntarily for an additional credibility signal. The optional Affirmed due-diligence review is separate from primary identity verification and may contribute up to 25 points when complete.

The public interface displays a limited verification status, not private documents, biometric data or confidential screening details unless disclosure is required by law.

How information is used

Information may be used for account access, age and eligibility controls, campaign publication, creator-pilot review, delivery and analysis of requested Worklife Survey findings, improvement of professional tools, transaction verification, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, legal compliance, customer support, complaints, notifications and aggregate product analysis. Survey themes are intended to be reported in combined form rather than published with an individual respondent's email address. Optional marketing and non-essential analytics require the applicable consent.

PRIMA Worklife Coach

When a signed-in user chooses to use PRIMA Worklife Coach, Prima Ordia stores the conversation text, selected coaching mode, usage records and optional Worklife Pulse answers so the user can continue a conversation, review patterns and enforce free or member allowances. Users should not submit names, employer secrets, confidential documents, health records or unnecessary identifying information.

Coach messages are sent to OpenAI through its business API to generate a response and apply safety screening. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default. Prima Ordia does not give employers access to individual coach conversations and does not use coach content to make employment, recruitment, performance or eligibility decisions.

The user can delete their Worklife Coach conversations and pulse history from the product. Limited security, billing and abuse-prevention records may be retained where necessary. Immediate-risk language may cause the automated coach to stop ordinary coaching and display crisis or emergency guidance; the service is not continuously monitored by a person.

Worklife notifications are optional. For new notification users, the email option is shown preselected but is not activated until the user saves and confirms the choice; existing users' choices are preserved. Email reminders are combined into no more than one digest per day and are sent only when a selected reminder is due. Browser push requires a separate permission granted through the user's browser or installed web app.

When enabled, Prima Ordia stores the chosen notification types, timezone, preferred delivery time, scheduled reminder title, browser push endpoint and delivery status. Email and push messages use generic wording and do not contain private coaching text. Users can change these choices in their dashboard, turn push off per device or use the unsubscribe link in any reminder email.

Legal bases

Depending on the country and activity, processing may be necessary to perform a user agreement, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests in platform security and fraud prevention, establish or defend legal claims, or act with consent. Biometric or similarly sensitive processing requires an additional lawful condition where applicable.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be shared with authentication and wallet infrastructure, hosting and database providers, identity-verification providers, Rewardful, Stripe, PayPal or another approved payout provider for eligible affiliate attribution, reporting and payouts, sanctions-screening services, security and analytics providers, professional advisers and public authorities where necessary and lawful. Prima Ordia never asks for a PayPal password and does not ask affiliates to send raw bank-account details through the Prima Ordia website or ordinary email; those details should be collected through the agreed payout provider's secure process.

Dynamic currently provides authentication and embedded-wallet infrastructure. ZKPassport provides the mobile document-reading and zero-knowledge proof technology used by the identity pilot. Card and bank checkout is currently disabled. Historical payment identifiers may be retained where required for accounting, dispute handling or legal compliance, but no new card or bank details are collected by Prima Ordia. Any additional document-storage and sanctions providers will be published before they receive production personal data.

International transfers and availability

Prima Ordia is designed for international use, so service providers and users may be located outside your country. Appropriate contractual, organisational and legal transfer safeguards must be documented before production processing begins.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Public blockchain records, fraud-prevention records and legally required records may not be erasable.

Retention and security

Off-chain information should be retained only for the period required for the relevant account, transaction, compliance, security, tax, dispute or legal purpose, then deleted or anonymised. Final retention periods will be published after regulatory, provider and legal review.

Prima Ordia uses access controls, authenticated sessions, encrypted transport and separation of public campaign data from private verification information. No system is completely secure, and users must protect their own wallet and account credentials.

Cookies and changes

Essential technologies may be used for authentication, security, language and session continuity. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies should not be activated without the consent required in the user’s region.

Prima Ordia and Rewardful may store referral identifiers and campaign parameters for up to the disclosed attribution period so eligible subscription visits and purchases can be attributed to the partner who introduced the visitor. Referral attribution does not grant the referring partner access to the visitor's assessment answers or payment information.

Rewardful affiliate dashboards show the affiliate's own link, aggregated visits, commission and payout status. They do not reveal a referred customer's card details, private assessment answers or unnecessary personal information.

Your preference is saved in your browser. You can review or change it at any time by selecting Privacy choices in the site footer.

The effective date and change history for the final privacy notice will be published before public launch. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the registered email address.
