Trust and safety

Know the rules before you fund.

Prima Ordia makes settlement rules visible and verifiable, but blockchain enforcement cannot replace careful judgement about the people, claims and delivery risks behind a campaign.

Prototype notice: these pages describe the intended service design for testing and are not final legal documents. Jurisdiction-specific counsel must review them before public launch.

What verification means

Identity verification means the organiser submitted identifying information that passed the configured verification process. It does not mean Prima Ordia endorses the organiser, guarantees delivery or confirms every statement in a campaign.

ZKPassport is the current identity-verification pilot. It can prove an 18+ age threshold and document-holder face match without disclosing the underlying identity fields to Prima Ordia. Its SDK is currently described as experimental and unaudited, so a verified result is a limited identity signal—not an endorsement, complete KYC assessment or guarantee.

Review the beneficiary, organiser relationship, use of funds, creator history, updates and external evidence before contributing.

Protection by funding model

  • Social Funding: the support principal settles promptly and is normally final. The 2% Prima Ordia fee is added to the patron total.
  • Creator Funding: SOL or native Solana USDC creates a prepaid, fixed-duration stream that can be stopped with unvested value returned. It does not renew automatically. The 2% fee is added to supporter payments.

Report a campaign

Report suspected fraud, impersonation, illegal content, misleading financial claims, misuse of beneficiary information or a compromised creator account. Preserve the campaign URL, wallet address, transaction signature and relevant screenshots.

Submit campaign, safety and account-support reports through the private support, reports and disputes form.

Do not send identity documents, seed phrases, private keys or unnecessary sensitive personal information by email. For urgent danger, contact the appropriate local authority.

Common warning signs

  • Requests to send assets to a different address or continue the conversation off-platform.
  • Guaranteed profit, token appreciation or risk-free return claims.
  • Missing beneficiary information, copied media or unexplained changes in the story.
  • Pressure to sign a wallet transaction you do not understand.

Wallet safety

Check the connected network, transaction amount, destination and instruction summary before signing. Prima Ordia will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. Use a separate wallet for testing and keep enough SOL for network fees and any later refund claim.
